Meritin Hotel - Kuching

Nice location near shops. Luggage storage available. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

The hotel was in a central setting near to all the tourist attractions. Spotless units with unchanged towels, wardrobe space, as for instance, and the staff were exceptional;)))

It is a great value and comfy property located in Waterfront district close enough to nearby food places and also popular landmarks, eg waterfront, cat statues, shopping areas, the restaurant and the shops. The hotel is in the central location near to all the tourist attractions...

The location was fantastic and excellent, near to the shops. Moreover, it's right by also popular landmarks as well as the very centre. Had impeccably clean room for the value paid in kuching and wake-up service was available in it.

Couldn't stay longer.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the waterfront and surrounded by great eateries. The super nice team, even storing my luggage between stays, which exceeded my expectations.

Big difference . The rooms were impeccablyvery comfy and tidy, but some noise from neighboring rooms could be heard. Having access to a grocery store right across the street was a great convenience. We enjoyed our time at Meritin Hotel.

The friendly hotel receptionist was a gem, arranging a roomy setup for my family! Sadly, the mattress and pillows were pretty awful. Breakfast was repetitive. Not the best sleep experience 😕.

The stay featured a strategic location with a supermarket directly across the street, alongside a wealth of dining options within walking distance, including delicious crinkle-cut fries nearby. While the modern facilities and attentive staff were highlights, the room faced noise issues from neighboring guests, leading to a less than ideal sleep experience. Although the amenities were generally satisfactory, the Wi-Fi connection experienced fluctuations during crucial times.

The location was fantastic, with numerous shops and cafes nearby. The breakfast offered a diverse array of options, including excellent selections of cured meat. The room, while spacious, did have some sound leakage from neighboring guests that could be improved. Despite this, professional staff provided warm service was great.

I enjoyed the warm hospitality of the staff, who even provided a cute note in my room. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and local eateries.

I enjoyed having the supermarket right across the street. Consider taking your own snacks since the breakfast options might run low toward the end.

great experience but a slight noise issue

The rooms were beautifully designed and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was excellent, with traditional dishes like laksa and international options like the English breakfast. One highlight was the fantastic service, the staff kindly stored our luggage from our first night until we returned! The view from my room overlooked the city.

There was some noise from neighboring rooms during the night.
